And that is how we like to set up a Next Gen Raptor. 👌💪

We’ve just finished this one with a pretty comprehensive list of upgrades, covering performance, suspension, steering, wheels and tyres.

Under the bonnet we fitted a Process West Stage 2 Performance Package, including intercooler & pipe kit, transmission cooler, cold air intake and 3.5” crossover pipe kit, along with a GFB blow-off valve.

From there, DSR Performance hooked us up with their stainless down pipes, NGK Ruthenium HX plugs then a custom multi-map tune for both the PCM & TCM to unleash the potential of the new combo.

Underneath, we went with our tried and tested GOAT Offroad spacer lift, billet upper control arms and steering clevis upgrade, giving it the extra height and clearance we wanted along with the suspension and steering geometry to make it handle like it should.

And to finish it off:
CSA 17x9 Horizon wheels in black wrapped in
Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T 315/70R17s

The end result is exactly what we’re chasing with these builds. Noticeably tougher stance and a serious performance upgrade, while still being a Raptor you can comfortably use every day.

Sometimes the world sends you a sign 🪧 🛑

In this case, the sign was a large puncture in the tyre which made the owner visibly check the tyre. Thank goodness they did because it wasn’t far away from having 2 blowouts! 💥 🛞

Remember just because an EV doesn’t require scheduled oil changes, having the vehicle professionally inspected twice a year or every 6 months I still an excellent idea. Tyres, Brakes & Wipers are all wear and tear items that, if left neglected can put you and your loved ones at risk.

Some new Michelin Pilot Sport 5 Energy Acoustic tyres and a wheel alignment, sees this customer leaving with a safe vehicle, a smile a $180 gift card to spend where they like.

2026 Dealer of the Year 🤩

A post not written by AI, so I may ramble a bit but at least you know it’s written from the heart 💚

Over the weekend we attended the annual TYREPLUS Conference, this year held in cold, rainy Hobart 🌧️ Each year, one store from the country is awarded the Dealer of the Year.

Let me start by saying, we were not expecting it, so much so, I was about to go for a walk outside and get some fresh air but thought, I wonder who won this year, so headed back in and stood at the rear of the room to find out.

Thankfully I did, because when TYREPLUS Acacia Ridge was announced and Brad looked to his right, my seat was empty 😂 luckily I wasn’t too far away. I could pick my jaw up off the floor, join my husband and accept the award together.

Shocked, unprepared but oh so thankful. Thankful to our staff and our customers, without who, we wouldn’t be where we are today 💛 Thankful to each other 💜💙 Love, support, encouragement and a whole lot of hard work making a little boys dream a reality.

Just over 2 years ago we changed brands, to become a TYREPLUS store and it’s honestly the best move we’ve made. With Michelin, BFGoodrich, Brad’s 25 years in the industry and our commitment to our customers, I think we can finally say, we’ve found a great recipe for success 🥣

🚨 Is your registration actually current?

You might be surprised how often we find vehicles that have accidentally become unregistered.

As part of our normal vehicle check-in process at TYREPLUS Acacia Ridge, we verify registration details before we start work. It’s something we do every day, and every so often we discover a customer’s registration has lapsed without them realising.

Driving an unregistered vehicle in Queensland can have serious consequences, including:
• Significant fines
• Loss of Compulsory Third Party (CTP) insurance cover
• Potentially being personally liable for injuries caused in an accident
• Vehicle impoundment in some circumstances
• Additional costs and inspections before the vehicle can be re-registered.

A missed renewal email, changed address or simply forgetting the due date can be all it takes.
Thankfully, catching it before the vehicle leaves our workshop gives customers the opportunity to sort it out before unknowingly driving illegally.

It’s just one of the many little checks we perform because looking after our customers goes beyond tyres and mechanical repairs.
