Most of our senior technicians started out as apprentices who didn't know a hydraulic pump from a gearbox.

Through our MERSETA-accredited training programme, we've taken on and qualified 15 technicians since 2022 🔧 Many are still part of the Masslift team today, and others have gone on to grow the wider industry with the same skills we gave them.

Either way, that's a legacy we'd back again and again.
