This Cruiser came in for more than an upgrade - underneath it all sits a serious PERFORMANCE PACKAGE:

● 293.4kW and 1038 Nm, with peak torque delivered at just 2570 rpm.
● Strong low-RPM response and
● A broad, usable torque delivery

A substantial amount of work went into improving airflow, fuelling, drivetrain and overall performance, with carefully selected components working together as a complete setup.

PERFORMANCE UPGRADE:
● Front Mount Intercooler
● SMOKING BANDIT 90mm Dual Free-Flow Exhaust
● Exhaust Bank Link
● Replacement Snorkel
● SMOKING BANDIT High-Flow Airbox
● SMOKING BANDIT Cold Air Intake
● Hybrid Turbo Upgrade
● Injector Service + High-Flow Injector Nozzles
● Extreme Heavy-Duty Performance Clutch
● 2nd & 5th Transmission Ratio Upgrade
● EGR Blank-Off & Clean-Up
● ECU Tuning

And while performance was the main event, the rest of the Cruiser received plenty of attention too. Inside, we completed a full audio installation and soundproofing, together with ROAD RAGE Door Panels & A-Pillar Frames and a OneX 9.66" Smart Mirror Rear View Monitor with DVR.

A dual-battery system was installed using a ROAD RAGE LiFePO4 Compact Lithium Battery, PROJECTA DC-DC Battery Charger and ROAD RAGE Multi-Purpose Accessory Bracket.

Finishing off the build we installed a 10L Fridge & Centre Console with Cupholders. We also did leather upholstery of the door panels, full roof lining upholstery and fitted an Aussie-Style antenna.

A Cruiser that still looks unmistakably like a Cruiser, but with a very different story underneath the hood.

This one was built with a very clear priority: WORKHORSE PERFORMANCE.

We started where it matters — helping the engine breathe better, perform better and put that power down properly. A SCAVENGER snorkel was paired with a SMOKING BANDIT high-flow airbox and cold air intake, while a hybrid turbo, EGR clean-up and blank-off, ECU tuning and exhaust upgrades take care of the performance side.

To handle the extra grunt, we added an EXEDY extreme H/duty performance clutch together with upgraded 2nd & 5th transmission ratios. And because more performance should always be matched with more stopping power, a POWERBRAKE X-Line Big Brake Kit completes the package.

Inside the cab, an exhaust gas temperature gauge keeps an eye on what’s happening under load, neatly housed with ROAD RAGE A-Pillar frames.

We didn’t forget the comforts either. A custom centre console houses a 10L fridge/freezer and cupholders, while a SmartNavi Plus radio and a full VIBE BLACKAIR audio setup bring the entertainment.

Then just a few finishing touches for the practical side of the build, namely a WARN 12,000lb winch, WR flip-up numberplate bracket, IRONMAN 9” driving lights and hunting frame.

More power, better control & a few added comforts ro ensure a Cruiser that’s now properly equipped for what its owner has planned.

Not every build needs to be a complete transformation. Sometimes a few well-chosen upgrades are all it takes to make a Hilux that much more capable — and weekend ready.

For this Hilux, we fitted a LEVEL-IT 30mm leveling kit to lift the nose and improve the stance, together with a FIRESTONE Ride-Rite airbag kit at the rear for added support when towing or carrying heavier loads.

Up front, we added an IRONMAN Black Commercial Deluxe Bumper paired with the popular IRONMAN SCOPE 7" NEO Driving Lights, and completed the setup by fitting the customer-supplied compressor.

A simple, practical upgrade package — and another Hilux ready to head into the weekend.

This 70 Series Land Cruiser returned (with a new owner) to our workshop for an extensive list of add-ons.

From performance and drivetrain upgrades to suspension, braking, recovery, extended fuel capacity, onboard air and a comprehensive dual-battery setup, every part of this build was selected to create a Cruiser that is more capable, more functional and properly equipped for where its owner intends taking it.

The performance transformation includes a Scavenger snorkel, Smoking Bandit high-flow airbox and cold-air intake, Smoking Bandit free-flow exhaust system, ECU tuning and supporting drivetrain upgrades. Stopping power received attention too, with a Powerbrake Big Brake Kit, while the suspension combines Ironman components, Terrain Tamer parabolic leaf springs and rear air suspension.

On the outside, Road Rage RRC4 Satin Black wheels and BF Goodrich All-Terrain KO3’s give it the stance to match its lift, complemented by recovery points, underbody protection, upgraded lighting and an Outback Extreme rear bumper with dual spare-wheel carriers.

Then come the touring details: 185L replacement and 75L long-range fuel tanks, onboard air with digital cab control, load-bed and cargo solutions, Ironman awning, Road Rage lithium battery power, dual cranking batteries, roof lighting and much more.

With a built like this it isn’t one big modification that defines it, but the dozens of carefully considered upgrades come together to create one exceptionally well-rounded Cruiser.
