Weโ€™ve just breathed new life into an absolute classic! This legendary Defender 110 300Tdi was in for a major mechanical overhaul and a serious modern interior upgrade. We didn't just get it running flawlessly on the dirtโ€”we made sure it sounds incredible on the inside, too!

Here is a look at what went into this beast:

Major Service & Engine Refresh: Full filtration service (Air, Fuel, Oil), new 300Tdi cam cover gasket, fresh coolant, and replaced breather hoses.

Drivetrain & Steering Overhaul: Brand new rear axle shafts, rear diff flush and pinion seal, complete steering refresh with a drop arm ball joint kit, tie rods, and a new steering damper.

Brakes & Electrical: New handbrake shoes, brake fluid flush, fresh wiper motor, and a new headlamp switch.

Custom Sound System Upgrade: Fully kitted with a custom Double DIN radio bezel, XTC radio unit, Powerbass sub and amp, and crisp tweeters to bring modern audio to a true workhorse!
