Dyno Results – Toyota Land Cruiser F35 3.5 Turbo
This Toyota Land Cruiser F35 3.5 Turbo came in for a Unichip installation and live dyno tune to improve performance, drivability and overall responsiveness.

In standard form, the Land Cruiser produced 275.6 bhp at 4,000 rpm. After installing the Unichip and completing a full live calibration, it delivered 309.7 bhp at the same rpm, with strong gains across the entire rev range.

As expected from Toyota's twin-turbo petrol platform, the most noticeable improvements are in throttle response, mid-range acceleration and overall power delivery, making the vehicle feel considerably stronger both on-road and under load.

One of the first brand-new Toyota Hilux Travo 2.8 GD-6 MHEV 6AT models to hit our dyno arrived at Unichip headquarters for a full live dyno calibration and performance evaluation.

As Toyota's latest-generation Hilux, featuring the new Mild Hybrid Electric Vehicle (MHEV) system, the Travo has generated significant interest among Hilux enthusiasts looking to understand the platform's true tuning potential.

Starting with a baseline dyno run, the Hilux produced 173.7 bhp at 3,000 rpm in standard form.

After installing the Unichip and completing a full live calibration, power increased to 231.3 bhp at the same rpm, delivering substantial gains throughout the entire working rev range.

What makes these results particularly exciting is that they demonstrate the tuning potential of Toyota's latest GD-6 MHEV platform. This Mitsubishi Pajero 2.4 DiD came in for a Unichip installation and live dyno tune to improve performance, drivability and overall towing capability.

In standard form, the Pajero produced 131.4 bhp at 3,000 rpm.

This Hyundai Tucson 1.6 T-GDI came in for a Unichip installation and live dyno tune to improve performance, throttle response and overall drivability.

In standard form, the Tucson produced 158.5 bhp at 5,000 rpm.
