🔥 The wait is over... Episode 1 is now live! 🔥

What started as a Honda VFR800 is about to become something completely different—a Road Warrior-inspired custom trike.

In this first episode, I take you through the fabrication of the main frame, showing the design process, cutting, welding, and everything that goes into building a custom chassis from scratch.

This is the first full build series I've documented as a vlog, so you'll get to see not only the fabrication but also the challenges, problem-solving, and progress along the way.

Progress on the trike continues with a major change to the front-end geometry.

To achieve the correct 45° rake for the springer setup, the main frame had to be reworked and shortened accordingly. With the new angle dialed in, we’ve started refining rider controls and overall ergonomics.

This stage includes repositioning the gear selector to a central layout as per the client’s request, along with initial body mounting to confirm fitment and riding position.

Each step brings the build closer to its final form—built to function properly and look the part.

Fellinger Trike Update!

This project arrived as an unfinished build, and what was meant to be a completion quickly turned into a full rebuild. After stripping things back, we’ve been redesigning the chassis and frame layout to meet our standards—focusing on strength, geometry, and clean ex*****on.

This update covers body fitment, frame reconstruction, and front-end mock-up work as we dial in the overall stance and proportions.

More progress coming weekly as this trike continues to take shape.

Start of the VW Trike project for a client.

Arrived as an incomplete project from another shop. We originally meant to finish the project but it became clear early in the project that everything done previously had to be redone from scratch due to the quality of work not being up to our standards.
