โ€ข Issuing purchase orders to subcontractors for agreed loads and approved transport tariffs.
โ€ข Obtaining and maintaining daily tracking updates from subcontractors for all active loads.
โ€ข Providing regular load status updates to the Operations and Account Executive teams to ensure customers are kept informed.
โ€ข Following up on Proof of Delivery (POD) documents for completed loads to support timely customer invoicing.
โ€ข Following up on subcontractor invoices for completed transport movements.
โ€ข Assisting the Creditors Department with account reconciliations and the resolution of account-related queries.
โ€ข Supporting the SHERQ and Compliance Departments by ensuring subcontractors remain compliant with OneLogix policies, procedures, and operational requirements.
โ€ข Maintaining subcontractor agreements, Goods-in-Transit (GIT) insurance documentation, and other required compliance records.
โ€ข Capturing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date subcontractor information and load activity records on the Klari-T system.
โ€ข Providing general administrative support to the Broking and RFQ teams as required.

โ€ข Grade 12 / Matric.
โ€ข Relevant administration, logistics, or transport qualification will be advantageous.
โ€ข Minimum 2 years' administrative experience, preferably within the transport, logistics, or freight industry.
โ€ข Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
โ€ข Experience working with transport management systems will be advantageous.
โ€ข Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
โ€ข Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
โ€ข High attention to detail and accuracy.
โ€ข Ability to work effectively within a team environment and build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
