✨Facility Maintenance Update ✨

You may have noticed over the past week that we've been performing some much-needed maintenance around the facility! Recent improvements include painting of bollards and pressure washing throughout the property. Next week, you can expect to see crews performing a light, high dusting and cleaning of canopy fixtures. We take great pride in keeping our property clean, safe, and well maintained for all of our tenants. Regular upkeep like this not only keeps the facility looking beautiful but also helps to ensure a safe environment for everyone storing with us.

🚨Hurricane Closer Notice🚨

Due to Hurricane Milton, our office will be closed on Wednesday and Thursday. We plan to reopen on Friday, but this will depend on the severity of the storm. Please stay safe and make all necessary preparations. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to resuming operations once it's safe to do so.

We are closely monitoring the approach of Tropical Storm Helene and expect high winds and rain in the coming days. As a precaution, our office will be closed on Thursday. We are taking steps to prepare the facility ahead of the storm, and we strongly recommend that you take time to check on your boats, RVs, and any other items you have stored with us before the storm arrives. Please ensure that everything is properly secured to withstand the potential high winds.

We will keep you updated as the storm approaches and provide further communication once it has passed.
