After working hard in the heat all day, with my hair a mess from being sprayed, chemicals down my shorts and legs, and two employees walking around with stained blue hands from a chemical spill in the wash, we were pretty well wiped out by closing time.
Then our member with the beautiful gray Rubicon pulled in and completely made my day — and the day of everyone working.
He told us we have the best car wash in town. He said we give the best wash, but more importantly, that we are by far the friendliest and most customer-oriented.
He even went out of his way to mention that Havyn does an excellent job for us. Great job Havyn!
We needed to hear that today.
Sometimes when you’re covered in chemicals, sweating through your clothes and wondering if your hair will ever recover, a few kind words from a customer can make all the difference.
I also finally got to meet our friend Treva in person! She has been a member since we started and is always giving us thoughtful feedback to help us make Fastrax better.
So tonight, I’m tired…really tired…but I’m smiling from ear to ear.
Thank you to everyone who notices the hard work our team puts in. We appreciate you more than you know.
