This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to learn the art of vehicle detailing and build a career in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
Assist in Exterior and Interior Detailing: Work alongside an experienced detailer to learn the ins and outs of exterior and interior vehicle detailing.
Learn and Apply Polishing Techniques: Acquire skills in machine polishing and paint correction to enhance the appearance of vehicles.
Vehicle Prep and Inspection: Prepare vehicles for detailing, conduct thorough inspections, and identify areas that require special attention.
Product Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with detailing products, tools, and techniques to ensure the highest quality of service.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the detail shop team to meet deadlines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
Passion for Detailing: A genuine interest in automotive detailing and a desire to learn and excel in the field.
Attention to Detail: Ability to notice and address even the smallest imperfections, ensuring the highest quality results.
Physical Stamina: Detailing can be physically demanding, so the ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights is necessary.
Coachability: Willingness to learn from experienced detailers and adapt to different detailing techniques.
Reliability: Punctuality and consistency in attendance are crucial to the success of our team.
