A follower dropped into our DMs recently because they were dealing with a total nightmare trying to sort out a ride.

They were facing some incredibly tricky speed bumps, and the options they were getting from other places just didn't make any sense at all.

We knew we had to step up and help find a realistic path forward.

Moments like this are a huge reminder that no one should have to feel completely overwhelmed when they're just trying to sort out a stressful headache.

We usually point buyers toward our cleanest inventory, but this customer was completely fixated on the single most flawed car on the lot.

He was ready to overlook some major red flags, right up until a sudden curveball threw the entire negotiation into chaos.

Trying to shift a strict budget from a cheap fixer-upper to a completely different tier of vehicle totally broke our showroom math.

Let's just say the calculators were working overtime trying to figure out how this one would actually close.

Working a deal on two separate trucks at the same time is always a major balancing act.

Things quickly got complicated, and we were right on the edge of losing the entire deal, but we owe it to every customer to put in the work and look at every possible angle.

We might need to start stretching before our shifts if we’re going to keep doing this level of showroom gymnastics.

Another pin on the map! 📍 Daniel made the trip all the way from North Dakota to Wichita Falls to purchase his new vehicle from Always Auto, then hit the road for the drive back home. Automated systems can be great for keeping up with a busy lot, until they start getting in the way of a real customer.

A serious buyer was ready to close a deal but got completely frustrated by our automated robot.

Management had to step in immediately to clear the air and get things back on track.

We’ve officially put the artificial intelligence on a temporary timeout until it learns how to actually read the room.

Everyone has a different vision for their dream retirement, but this customer's vehicle choice caught the whole lot off guard.

Between a highly specific request and a few unique hurdles on our end, we had to see if we could even pull off the approval.

Good thing our team loves a challenge almost as much as they love a great plot twist.

The team was completely split on how to handle this unique F-150 deal, so we let our technician make the final call.
