One of our local buddies Lance wanted to build his Silverado into a street beast while paying homage to the original 454SS!! He went with a 454 Evolution engine from which starts life as an iron 5.3! He then decided it needed some Frankenstein goodies naturally to support all that displacement. We went with the new Monster Series M712s, a 12 degree LS7 style head with upgraded Titanium valves. This thing did not disappoint clearing 800hp and over 700 ft/lbs of torque! 12:1 CR, and is still hydraulic roller! Needless to say this combo is DIALED and the M712s show once again why they are a forced to be reckoned with🔥💪🏼

Taylor Joseph Owens and his LC9-based 5.3 with forged rods and pistons, a stock crank, custom Smallwood Race Development camshaft, Johnson linkbar lifters, Holley Dominator EFI, a BTR Equalizer intake, and a TDI 94/104 turbo setup backed by a TH400 and Circle D converter.

Topping it all off is a set of our M115 cylinder heads with 1/2-inch head studs and PRW Adjustable Roller Tip Rockers - delivering the airflow, strength, and valvetrain stability needed for high-boost, high-RPM abuse.

This is exactly the kind of combination the M115s were built for. 🔥
