We just finished installing our Signature Series Stage 5 plug and play subwoofer package in this 2024 Ford F-350 Limited, and this build turned out incredible.

From the wrapped trim inserts, matching internal braces, to the illuminated acrylic accents and custom engravings inspired by the truck, every detail was built to make this system look like it came from the factory.

This setup is loaded with (3) Wāvtech Thin Pro 10’s powered by an Audio Dynamics X3K.1, delivering serious low end output while maintaining full rear seat functionality and OEM style fitment.

This is our Stage 5 full package for F-Series trucks built for clients who want a complete, no compromise setup that bolts in clean and works the way it should.

This kit includes our premium Signature Series custom under seat enclosure, loaded with (3) Wavtech Thin Pro 10’s, powered by a Audio Dynamics X3K.1, and fully integrated using a Kicker KEYLOC with a plug and play T-harness to work with the factory radio the right way.

Everything mounts on our custom amp rack that bolts into the truck using OEM factory mounting points with no drilling, no guessing, clean and serviceable.

2024 Ford F-350 Limited Stage 5 Under Seat Subwoofer Enclosure!

Just finished up another one of our Signature Series Stage 5 enclosures, and this one is headed into a 2024 Ford F-350 Limited.

The Limited interior is one of the cleanest interiors Ford has ever made, so we wanted this enclosure to look like it belonged there. Everything is wrapped in OEM matched material and designed to flow with the factory blue interior instead of standing out.

This is our highest stage enclosure for these trucks and features custom acrylic viewing windows all the way around, laser engraved acrylic accents, RGB lighting throughout the enclosure, and fully finished details from every angle. Every enclosure is designed in CAD, CNC cut, upholstered, assembled, and finished completely in-house.

This setup is loaded with (3) Wāvtech Thin Pro 10’s in our custom sealed enclosure. It fits completely under the rear seat with no seat lift required, while still tons of output and maintaining full rear seat functionality.

One of my favorite details on this build is the finished bottom. Instead of looking unfinished like most under seat boxes, you get a fully upholstered bottom, our custom plug and play terminal cup, and a clean way to disconnect the enclosure whenever it needs to come out.

This is exactly what our Signature Series is about…building something that performs at a high level while looking like Ford could’ve offered it from the factory.

2025 Ford F-250 Black Widow B&O Sound System Upgrade! 🔥

We just finished this full sound system in a 2025 Ford F-250 Black Widow, and the difference over the factory B&O system is unbelievable.

In this video I’m walking through everything we did, from the full Stage 3 sound treatment and custom 3D printed speaker adapters to the Focal Flax speakers, DSP tuning, and our plug & play bass package.

To handle the low end, we installed (2) Wāvtech Thin Pro 12’s in our custom Stage 2 under-seat enclosure powered by a Wāvtech Link1500.1. The result is deep, effortless bass while still maintaining full rear seat functionality and an OEM+ appearance.

Everything integrates through our custom bolt-in amp rack, plug & play harnesses, block-off plate, and in-house wiring solutions. No cut wires. No permanent modifications. Just a clean installation that looks like it belongs in the truck.

Once everything was installed, the entire system was tuned using the Mosconi DSP platform and Barnie tuning software to create an accurate sound stage, crystal clear vocals, and the kind of sound quality you just can’t get from the factory.

2025 Ford F-250 Black Widow B&O Sound System Upgrade! 🔥

We just finished this full sound system in a 2025 Ford F-250 Black Widow, and the difference over the factory B&O system is night and day.

To completely transform the sound quality, we upgraded every speaker using the Focal Flax line powered by a Focal DSP amplifier. We designed and manufactured custom 3D printed speaker adapters for all four doors along with custom A-pillar tweeter adapters, allowing everything to mount directly into the factory locations while maintaining an OEM fit and finish.

To get the most out of the new speakers, we completed our full Stage 3 sound treatment using BlackHole products. Every door received treatment on the inner and outer door skins along with the plastic door panels to eliminate resonance, improve midbass response, and create a much quieter listening environment.

To match the output of the front stage, we installed (2) Wāvtech Thin Pro 12’s in our custom Stage 2 under-seat enclosure powered by a Wāvtech Link1500.1 amplifier. The result is deep, effortless bass while still maintaining full rear seat functionality and a factory appearance.

Everything integrates seamlessly using our custom plug & play harnesses, bolt-in amp rack, block-off plate, and in-house wiring solutions. No cutting. No hacked wiring. No permanent modifications.

Once everything was installed, the system was professionally tuned using the Mosconi DSP platform and Barnie tuning software. Proper DSP tuning, time alignment, crossover design, and equalization are what take a system from sounding good to sounding like you’re sitting front row at a live concert.

Ford F-250 Limited Custom Underseat Subwoofer Enclosure

We just finished up another one of our Stage 2 Ford underseat enclosures, and this one came out fabulous😛

This setup is loaded with (2) Wāvtech Thin Pro 12’s in our custom sealed enclosure and was specifically designed for the F-250 Limited. One of the best parts about this setup is it does not require a seat lift, so everything fits completely under the factory rear seat while maintaining an OEM style fit and finish.

This customer wanted something unique, so we added custom acrylic panels all the way around with his requested engravings. The entire enclosure is fully upholstered, including the bottom, so no matter where you look it has a completely finished appearance.

All of the acrylic lighting can be changed to any color right from your phone, so you can match the truck’s interior or change it whenever you want.

This has become one of our favorite setups for anyone wanting serious bass while keeping the truck looking like it came from the factory. Clean, simple, and exactly how an OEM+ system should look.

Ford F-150/ F-250 / F-350 / F-450 Custom Underseat Subwoofer Enclosure 🤙

We just finished up another one of our Stage 2 Ford underseat enclosures, and this one is going to be LOUD.

This setup is loaded with (3) Wāvtech Thin Pro 12’s in our custom sealed enclosure and utilizes our 2.5” seat lift to maximize airspace while still maintaining a clean OEM style fit and finish.

This customer wanted something unique, so we added custom acrylic panels all the way around with his requested MG engravings. The entire enclosure is fully upholstered, including the bottom, so no matter where you look it has a completely finished appearance.

If you flip the enclosure over you’ll also notice our in house designed terminal cup. It allows you to disconnect and remove the enclosure externally without messing with speaker wire, making the install cleaner, more serviceable, and a lot more premium.

All of the acrylic lighting can be changed to any color right from your phone, so you can match the truck or switch it up whenever you want.

This has become one of our go to setups for anyone wanting serious output while still having an enclosure that looks like it belongs in the truck from the factory.

Why does a properly tuned DSP system sound so much better? 🤔 Part 2/2

A lot of people think great sound comes from expensive speakers.

The reality is the tuning is where the magic happens.

In this video, I walk through how we tune a DSP system, including time alignment, equalization, crossover setup, and how we use Mosconi’s Barnie tuning software to fine tune every speaker in the vehicle.

When you sit in a vehicle with a properly tuned DSP, the music doesn’t sound like it’s coming from the doors anymore. The vocals move to the center of the dash, instruments spread across the windshield, and everything becomes more detailed, realistic, and enjoyable to listen to.

You can spend thousands on high end speakers, amplifiers, and subwoofers, but if the system isn’t tuned correctly, you’re leaving a huge amount of performance on the table.

This is exactly why we spend so much time measuring, testing, and tuning every full system we build.
