"Today was one of those days I won’t forget.\n\nI made the trip to Bradford Built to finally put the bed on my RAM 3500 that I’ve envisioned for years. I went there excited about a truck bed. I left with a hell of a lot more respect for the people behind it.\n\nI had the opportunity to meet the owner, spend time with him and his daughter, and actually walk through the operation and see firsthand how these beds are built.\n\nAnd damn… these people care.\n\nThey care about their product. They care about the details. They care about doing things right. And most importantly, they care about the person standing on the other side of the counter.\n\nThe level of attention, concern, craftsmanship and outright perfectionism they showed me today was something you just don’t experience very often anymore. \n\nWalking through that facility and seeing American steel being cut, welded, assembled and finished by people who take genuine pride in their work was badass. 🇺🇸 🤘🏻\n\nBut what impressed me most wasn’t the size of the operation or even the quality of the product.\n\nIt was the people.\n\nNobody had to take the extra time with me today. Nobody had to walk me through the facility. Nobody had to obsess over the little details on my truck.\n\nThey did it because that’s just how they do business.\n\nAnd I respect the hell out of that.\n\nFour years ago, I had a picture in my head of exactly what I wanted this truck to become.\n\nToday, I finally got to stand back and look at it.\n\nThere it is.\n\nBuilt to work. Built to tow. Built to represent what I’m building next, and look damn good while I’m doing it. 😎\n\nAnd built with a Bradford Built bed. 🤠\n\nTo the Bradford family and everyone who had a hand in taking care of me today: Thank you. Sincerely.\n\nYou didn’t just earn a customer today.\n\nYou earned somebody who will proudly tell people where his truck bed came from.\n\nNow it’s time to point this big bastard west and take her home to Colorado. 🇺🇸 🤙🏻 good equipment. Support good people. And never apologize for giving a damn about the details. Thank you again"
