My product is equal to if not better than competitors and will match OEM specs or exceed them. I replace all bearings, seals, fork pads, viscous (when the unit has them), chains, and rear half of main case (if a factory flaw is known) unless otherwise instructed not to by the customer. If you decide to "keep costs low" by not replacing all bearings and/or seals and/or fork pads and/or viscous (whe

n the unit has them) and/or chains and/or rear half of main case (if a factory flaw is known) I will not provide any warranty. Thus, I am not held liable for any transfer cases that fail after utilizing my services when anything less than a full rebuild is performed. Example of use not covered by warranty: operator error on installation, wrong fluid used, mud bogging, rock climbing, extreme sporting, sand dunes ect all exert extreme torque on the transfer case will shorten the life of the case and in some instances break it. In order to keep costs low, I only stock the popular transfer case rebuild kits. I order rebuild kits when you drop off your transfer case or deposit 25% (non refundable) down payment. Because of this, it adds to the turn around time to complete your rebuild. Please don't be in a rush as I take my time to inspect, install and check all my work multiple times. I can ship all 50 states and Canada. Please message for a shipping quote. You're welcome to provide your own carrier. And they must package the item for you. I can drop off at a local hub within 35 miles of Visalia, CA. Fuel will be added to cost as well. All units are picked up or shipped DRY. Please refer to the owners manual or dealer specifications for the proper l**e. The warranty will be voided if the wrong l**e is used. Core Return Policy
Return your old “rebuild-able” core (no cracks or holes and not burned up due to lack of oil). All transfer cases that are shipped will be automatically charged a core fee unless you wish to ship your case at your expense. I will not accept boxes showing signs of oil leakage. The transfer case must be in the middle of the box surrounded by foam. Air bubbles will not provide sufficient protection. Extra care must be taken when packaging to insure against damage in transit. Poor packing will result in a damaged core and no refund will be given. Reduction of the core refund for cores returned damaged or with missing parts or pieces will be as follows:
Cracked or broken main case, Cracked or missing tail housing, Missing Yokes, Burned up unit, internal hard parts broken will forego the core refund. I inspect all units, I have a standard of quality to maintain. If the case does not adhere to my standard of buildability I deem the case non-rebuildable. If you have a good rebuildable transfer case but not the same model # that you've purchased you can still receive up to 50% of core value. The percentage of core value refunded up to 50% will be assessed on individual basis. Return Policy
I do not accept returns on any custom builds or rebuilt transfer cases made to your needs, installed parts, or used parts. Exchanges may be available, and may incur a price differential and/or restocking fee. I reserve the right to accept returns on an assessed individual basis and all returns will have a restocking fee. New parts must be returned in the same condition received. I have a high standard of quality and if determined (by me) that the item did not come back in same condition as sent out, any and all refunds will be forfeited. I accept Cash, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal. I prefer cash if possible. No checks, credit cards or cashiers check.

This NP205 (GM) was built for a GM NV4500 application and equipped with twin-stick cable shifters, a custom adapter plate, and flanges on all outputs for short wheelbase applications. Finished with our world famous full corrosion-resistance package.
