Position Overview
We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) sales professional who can confidently assist a diverse customer base, build relationships, and guide clients through the car-buying process from start to finish.
Responsibilities
* Assist customers in both Spanish and English with vehicle selection and purchasing.
* Build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service.
* Follow up with leads, inquiries, and past customers.
* Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives.
* Maintain knowledge of inventory and current promotions.
Requirements
* Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
* Sales experience is preferred (automotive experience is a plus, but not required).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
* Basic computer skills.
* Valid driver's license.
