We hit a record! In June, MileOneCares distributed over 600 seats – the most we have ever given out in one month! Families attended our car seat community events which took place at our Hall, Silver Spring and Heritage divisions and received free car seats as part of MileOneCare’s mission to ensure sure every child has a safety seat. 👶

💜🩷Dara is a creative 7 year old who loves all things purple and pink, playing the piano, and painting. Her wish is to go to Disney World and meet Stitch, Princess Tiana, and Goofy.

Thanks to the incredible teams at Heritage Toyota Harrisburg, MileOneCares, and Make-A-Wish Philadelphia, Delaware and Susquehanna Valley, she can! Heritage Toyota Harrisburg donated $20,000 to Make-A-Wish to help Dara’s dream come true. In addition to the donation, we celebrated Dara at the dealership with lunch and a bag full of goodies to get her ready for her Disney vacation. Wishing her a magical time! 🏰 🌠

This is the second time this dealership has partnered with Make-A-Wish to fulfill a child’s wish, and we look forward to partnering with them again in the future!

Akshdip is a current recipient and data analyst with MileOne. After earning his bachelor’s degree from Towson University in May 2024, he has begun pursuing Towson University's Applied Information Technology master's program. There is no better feeling than giving back to the community! MileOneCares, Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters (CHKD), and the Virginia Beach Fire Department all came together to distribute 233 car seats to growing families in Hampton Roads. Thank you to all of the volunteers who helped distribute and carry car seats, provided education on proper car seat installation, and help make a difference in the community!
