These people I call my race family pulled through. I can’t put into words how thankful I am to be able to pilot this rocket ship Chris Cary and Kirk Berkley you guys are awesome thank you both again! I’ll make you both proud!

I can’t thank dad enough for going off on a limb and overnighting parts. He’s not a bad mechanic/ crew chief. The kawi lives to race another day. Stator went bad on me Friday night and couldn’t get one in time as it was the only thing we didn’t touch Saturday. But on another note none of this would be possible without the great people that stand behind me each week.

Well this sucks out weekend ended early last night when motor wouldn’t stay running. We’ve done everything we can do today. We are going to get the motor off and see if maybe something in the stator went bad as the car will only fire and stay running under high rpms and is a pain in the butt to keep running. I decided to just park it tonight and get it fixed and hope we can get it back in time for the next race. Good luck to everyone 81 Raceway today sucks we couldn’t make it!

It’s finally race week after a couple weeks off trying to beat the heat. So glad to get back behind the wheel this weekend Aug 14th& 15th should be a good one. Be there or well be square!

Saturday race recap!

We traveled to Hennessy, OK to try our hand at another big money race. Dad had to replace the rear end from the previous week when I decided to knock it out of wack. He made some changes that I really liked. Car was night and day difference than what it previously was. Heat started p2 fell back one spot finishing p3. Feature we lined up p9 after what seemed like forever do to multiple cautions we rolled home p8. Thank to the warhurst family for getting my car to the track I had a blast. Dad got a call to run a car and did he put on a show he started p8 in his feature by lap two he was up to 2nd where he stayed bringing home some hardware.

Sorry for the late race recap Thursday just was not our night at all fought a tight car by time we got it fixed it was to late. Friday dad took the wings off I ran non wing and 250 for more seat time. I goofed up in the heat and forgot I had a wing on for the 250 heat started deep in the B avoided some wrecked. Dad said I was trying to be like Logan seavy at Linda’s when he wall road to avoid a wreck it was cool but I don’t recommend it. Non wing heat I would start second finish second with this ole 250 that could. Feature time started outside pole of non wing car was perfect ended up p3. Saturday we slept in cause dad got car ready the night before showed up decided to scratch the 250 B just to avoid tearing anything up for the non wing A started p4 do to lack of points cause we didn’t race Friday. Was passing for p3 but them big ole 500+ motors are just to much power on a hammer down track but hey I finished p4 and had an amazing time this weekend. Congrats to all the hard chargers you guys earned every spot way to go!
