I want to address something. Even though the name has changed, some of the faces in the office are new, the office is not the same anymore and they operate a differently, the HEART of the shop is still the same. The magic happens out in the shop but its not magic. It is years of hard work, experience, training, the right equipment and most of all the people, the technicians that care to give you undeniably the best and safest repairs you will ever receive. It took years to put this group together but when it was set I did not have to worry, I trusted my technicians and did not have to worry about the product they produced or their work ethic. I had the best crew in the area, maybe the country. But I hate "I", I didn't do it, they did it, we did it and guess what they are still doing it. It takes a team working together. SO when the question comes up of where should you go to have your vehicle repaired, there should be no question. If you want the BEST go to the BEST. Name has changed but the HEART of the shop is still the same.

Pretty sad when a post in Troy pops up looking for a body shop and seeing the comments. F&S was the go to shop that did the best work in the area (sorry it’s the truth). Getting bought out has been hard for multiple reasons but it’s definitely hard not being recognized after years of dedication to this trade. Name changes and we are no bodies. My brother and I have pushed each other to be the greatest techs in the area. We still are still there, putting in the work and doing the same quality work because we have pride in what we do and doesn’t matter what names on the building. You won’t get better body work in area period.
