Follow these three steps to ensure a smooth return:

1. KEEP IT COMPLETE: Your old engine needs to be rebuildable. This means the block, crank, and heads must be intact. We’re looking for a "like-for-like" return. If you're sending back a long block, it needs to come back as a long block with all its major components.

2. USE THE LABEL: We include a prepaid freight label with every shipment. Use it. It’s the simplest way to get your core back to our facility without dealing with logistics yourself.

3. WATCH THE CLOCK: Ship your core back within the designated return window. Timely returns ensure your credit is processed without delays.

WHAT QUALIFIES AS REBUILDABLE?
✅ Block, crank, and heads are intact.
✅ No catastrophic case damage (no "windows" in the block).
✅ Components are in a condition that allows for a professional remanufacture.

WHAT FAILS INSPECTION?
