Here at MGM we diagnose the problem instead of throwing parts at it. In this case in this Ford E-350 the cause of the heater not working is for certain the blend door actuator. Not any of the other expensive things that could cause this.

Went through this recently purchased converted ProMaster

- diagnosed and fixed doors not locking issue
- upgraded diesel heater fuel supply to a 6 gallon can on auto-shutoff disconnects to avoid spills
- diagnosed and fixed solar not working
- diagnosed and fixed weird battery behavior stemming from the original builders connecting the lead acid starter battery directly to the lifepo4 house battery instead of using a DC charger....

This van is much more usable now.

The AC clutch on this infinity went out due to rust and sitting but the AC blew cold when parked. Had a Nissan compressor with a good clutch in the junk pile and got this working again without buying anything!

Transmission fluid and filter service on this ProMaster. If this had been done every 30-50k there would likely be a lot less metal on the magnet but this is "normal wear" for one of these - no chunks in the pan.

Client called to have new brakes and rear shocks on his Suzuki, during the complimentary inspection found a huge post MAF vacuum leak that was definitely wasting a lot of fuel despite the car running ok before.
