Fun Fact! 🌄

Have you ever wondered how the Smoky Mountains got their name? When you look at the mountains early in the morning or after a rain, the fog settles over the peaks and looks just like smoke rising from them. It’s a beautiful sight and one of the many reasons this area is so special!

We’re open today from 9-4:30. Don’t let a few spotty rain showers keep you away. The rain only makes the mountains and river even more beautiful! Or you can come enjoy a delicious meal, relax on the porch, and take in the scenery. Restaurant open from 12-7pm.

We’re OPEN ALL WEEK for kayaking and tubing, and the water is still flowing great! The forecast is shaping up for a beautiful afternoon, making it the perfect time to get outside and cool off on the river. Pictures of us testing out the party pads, very room, lots of fun and perfect for laying out or families or groups!

🛶 Kayaking & Tubing: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
🚌 Last shuttle goes up the river at 4:30 PM
💦 No reservations needed—just grab your friends and come enjoy a day on the water!

After your float, stick around for a great meal and relax on the porch overlooking the river.

Introducing our 3–5 person group floats! 🎉 They’re perfect for families, friends, or anyone who wants to float together without getting separated.

🌞 The sun is back, the river is looking fantastic, and it’s the perfect day to get outside! Yesterday’s rain gave us a great river flow, making today an awesome day to hit the water. Grab your friends, your family, and come make some summer memories at Rustic River!

After your float, stick around and enjoy lunch or dinner by the river. Our restaurant is open Noon–9 PM, and today’s special is the Surf Trio featuring crispy catfish, grilled shrimp, and a delicious crab cake. 🐟🍤🦀
