"I brought in a used car (from a small dealership just a few blocks away) for a pre-sale inspection. They inspection was very thorough, revealing many minor issues and a few major issues. I of course did not purchase the car. I was so grateful for their deep dive on the engine. They were fully transparent in their findings without leaning on me either way about my decision to purchase. In the end I expressed that in no way did I want to purchase a car with that many issues, and they agreed in full. If I lived in Tacoma I would be a regular customer. "

I've had poor experience with shops that give absurdly false predictions for when your car will be completed, only to realize they're unable to determine the problem. Not the case with Simmon's. They identified an unusual problem with my car and went through the trouble of trying several parts out to fix the problem at a reasonable cost. Thank you all!"
