Our Carnival Employee Appreciation Party was filled with great food & ice cream, games, rides, laughter, and so many special memories. After a long, hot, and busy summer, there was no better way to say thank you to the people who keep DeFalco’s moving every single day.

We’re incredibly grateful for the hard work, dedication, and sacrifices our employees—and their families—make throughout the year. This day was all about YOU, and we hope you had as much fun as we did! 🎪🍿🎠

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, the heroes who ran toward danger, and the families who still carry that loss every day.

May we never forget the courage, sacrifice, and unity shown on that day. We continue to pray for our nation, our first responders, and all those forever affected. 🇺🇸

Happy 9-year work anniversary AND happy birthday, Robert! 🎉❤️

For nine years, Robert has been out on the road helping our customers and proudly representing DeFalco’s as one of our service drivers. His hard work, loyalty, and reliability have meant so much to our team over the years.

Robert is also a dedicated family man, and we truly appreciate the time and sacrifices that both he and his family have made throughout his years with us. We’re grateful to have him as part of the DeFalco’s family!

Happy 1-Year Work Anniversary to our Gianna! 🎉❤️

There really isn’t one title that could fully describe everything Gianna does for us. She handles social media, dispatching, office work—and somehow manages to step in everywhere else, too.

What makes Gianna so special isn’t just how much she does, but the way she does it. She is always willing to help every single one of her coworkers, cover wherever she’s needed, learn something completely new, or jump into a task without hesitation. She never says, “That’s not my job”—she simply figures out how she can help and then does it so, so well.

Gianna- your work ethic, reliability, and willingness to always step up never go unnoticed. You have become someone our entire team can count on, and the impact you make here every day is truly appreciated. Happy one year—we are so grateful for you! 🥰

Ben is one of those guys you can always count on. A proud veteran, flatbed driver, and never short on a good story from his time in the service, he brings plenty of personality wherever he goes. He shows up, takes care of his customers, and always finds a way to put a smile on their faces.

While we’re celebrating one year since Robby rejoined the DeFalco’s team, he’s definitely no stranger around here! After working with us for many years in the past, we were happy to welcome him back.

We were honored to partner with Day One Week One to help surprise Xavius Williams with a vehicle as he begins this next chapter serving our community as a Murrells Inlet firefighter.

Being able to use what we do every day to give back to someone who has served both our country and our community is something we’ll never forget.
