"Rigid tenders are too heavy for my yacht" is a myth that costs owners a better boat. 🚫

Here's what's really happening. Old-school fiberglass skiffs were built with heavy hand-laid glass and wood cores. That's where the reputation came from.
Ultra Lite tenders are built completely differently:

✔️ Vacuum resin infusion, which removes excess resin weight while maximizing strength
✔️ Advanced woven composites, including Kevlar and E-glass
✔️ Structural foam coring throughout
✔️ Designed to approximate the dimensions of comparable inflatable tenders
The result is a rigid fiberglass tender engineered for the same davits and swim platforms your inflatable lives on now, without the tubes.

Master craft is invisible when it's done right. You just feel it on the water. Every Ultra Lite Tender starts long before the gelcoat.

We partnered with Ocean 5 Naval Architects to design each hull. The CAD designs were milled into female molds on five-axis machines. Every boat is vacuum resin infused with vinyl ester resins, then finished with a custom soft rub rail extrusion we designed ourselves to protect your mother ship from dings and abrasions.

All of it happens here in Stuart, Florida. Built by people who live on this water and know exactly what it demands. That's the difference between a boat that fills a davit and a boat that earns its place on your yacht.

1️⃣ Lifting eyes and hardware points: inspect for stress, corrosion, and secure fastening before every davit lift.
2️⃣ Rub rail: confirm it's intact so it protects your mother ship's gelcoat at every boarding.
3️⃣ Outboard service: fresh fuel, plugs, impeller. A 10 minute check beats a 10 mile paddle.
4️⃣ Nonskid and deck: clean surfaces mean safer transfers with guests and gear.
5️⃣ Safety kit: PFDs, sound signal, light, and anchor line sized for your destination.
