Chris's 1970 Delta 88 is a big focus this week as we try to get it ready for its big trip to Hot Rod Power Tour. This is a several day planned cruise organized by Hot Rod magazine. The bottom of the car was stripped, cleaned and undercoated with bedliner. Chris has prepared a new frame over the past few months and it has now been mated. Brad is busy welding a new Stainless exhaust together, and we are looking forward to hearing it!

Jerry's 1970 Olds Cutlass is a beautiful car. Restored sometime ago, he has decided to repaint the car due to the fact that the color shade is wrong, and he would like it painted in the correct color. So the team has already disassembled the car and is now stripping the paint from it and is preparing to start the body work for a repaint in the correct color Gold.

The crew is back on Joe's 1966 Chevelle. Stephen has been working on the electric harnesses for the interior and the stereo. The headers arrive from and look great. They have been installed on the car. The new headers will actually allow him to remove the oil filter without any interference from the header, unlike the last builders setup! Now that the headers are installed the front end should be going on soon!

Gino is working on getting the interior in Jeff's 1968 Corvette ready for him. All the trim and interior bits were restored by the owner , and are now being installed. The car now features a Vintage Air system to keep him cool also, while enjoying the interior during a drive. The interior is looking great and the Blue color really pops!

Chris's 1970 Olds Delta 88 is getting ready for its' trip to Hot Rod power tour. He has been preparing a new frame for the car and before its rolled under and mated with the body a little underbody cleaning, stripping and refinishing was necessary. So lots and lots of sanding, and scraping later Joe was able to apply the to the underside of the car providing a lasting protection for the underside for years to come. This is a pretty common process around here during our restorations, and I feel is a must for a daily driver especially!

The final primers has been sprayed on Gerry's Karmann Ghia and the final bodywork is started. Once Brian has got the body cut down and he is happy with it, it will be cleaned, remasked and headed back to the booth for the exterior paint, then reassembly!
