Carl's 1966 Mustang is looking a bit different than when we first seen it! Once we found the previous owners rust repairs, more of a rust cover up, it was determined that the best course of action would be to replace the front structure of the car. Brian has skillfully mounted the car to our rack, measured each measurement point, cut the front end off, and is now working on setting the new panels, making sure each corner or measurement point in in the exact spot it needs to be. No room for error in this step. Once its all set he will start the tedious job of welding each seam and panel.

Welcome to FHA Bill!
Bill brought us his sharp 1966 Pontiac Lemans for some body repairs. An unfortunate accident caused a dent on the front fender that Bill wanted repaired. So the team got it, body worked the repair, mixed up the color and is about ready for the paint. We are looking forward to Bill getting his Lemans back and back to normal.

Jerry's 1970 Cutlass is moving along nicely this week. Brad, our fabricator didn't waste any time sulking over a non available rear panel for the rear quarter panels. He did what he does, grabs a piece of sheet metal and made his own panels! Its amazing to me how he manipulates the metal into the exact shapes and bends he needs to mimic the OEM pieces. These old cars would truly suffer if not for people with these skills.

Jerry's 1970 Oldsmobile Cutlass is quite a beautiful car, but the color was off by a shade and Jerry wanted it the actual original color. So the team handstripped the body to bare metal and took the time to straighten out the metal and prep the car for the correct color. Next will be the different primer layers and bodywork until the panels are ready for the final prime and paint. An exceptional paint finish starts with an even better prep job!

Brad is back on Dan's 1964 El Camino this week. He is working on the lid portion of his "smugglers box" The cool new billet hinges were sourced from a marine application and will allow the custom lid to be lifted and pulled forward a bit allowing proper clearance for the lid to not hit the back of the window ledge, as well as seal properly once lowered down. All the seal rails have been designed and created in house and will provide a very functional storage area that will be water tight and lockable!

Details, details! Craig and Cindy's Cadillac has been continued on this week. The bumpers, headlights, grill and a lot of the other trim items are being installed. The fresh chrome looks very nice, and really "pops" against the glossy new Adriatic Turquoise, 2 stage finish.

Camaro fans! FHA has received a new project. This 1967 Camaro is in the shop and on its way to becoming an amazing "Resto Mod" style car. The basics at this moment consists of a complete body restoration finished in a "Black Pearl" finish, as well as the underside, a complete Red leather interior featuring modern components such as a "large and in charge" audio/visual system, modern suspension, and an LS7 drivetrain (found in 2006–2013 Chevrolet Corvette Z06: The LS7 made its debut here, producing 505 horsepower.
2014–2015 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28: It was adapted for track use in this model, maintaining the 505-hp rating) and will be equipped with a manual transmission! This is going to be a fun build and we are excited to get started. Soon, the same owner will be bringing a 1975 Chevrolet Caprice for us to create a beautiful "Donk" style build incorporating, a "Louis Vuitton" interior, Candy Gold paint, Woodgrain, custom interior, and more!

The team is almost completed installing the new interior components into Darrin's 1979 Corvette. Sourced from , the new door panels, armrests and leather seat covers look great. In addition to the panels, the new carpet and soon to be installed steering wheel will have the interior looking fresh and ready for many more years of driving enjoyment. Darrin will eventually bring the car back for the restoration of all the plastic panels in the car when he is ready for the next phase of work!
