"More are coming."

We're in the process of updating the base Atlas E92 operating systems, and when complete, we will begin patching all new orders with the latest OS mods. Any previously patched vehicles will be able to submit their file for updating as well!

In addition to the variable max injector duration versus engine speed and a background fuel flow calculation fix (this really only affects fuel pump control), we're adding:

-PE modifier based on cylinder airmass and port fraction
-Delta fuel control mode (allows a returnless fuel system to act like it has a 1:1 regulator based on what fuel mode you're in)
-Minimum end of injection enforcement (since some people like bowling with gutter guards)
-Overboost and low fuel pressure fuel cut off safeties
-Scheduled gain for fuel pump control (meaning you can tamp down the control loop at low fuel flow, but still have fast acting adjustment at high flow)

Now's a good time to make suggestions if you want something incorporated! Have you wanted the factory ECU to do something specific? Let us know!

A couple of modified OEM patterns are headed out the door! We are churning these out as fast as we can, and we just took in another 14,000lbs worth of blanks to try and keep up while keeping the price down as aluminum continues to go up.

Left:
Kingsport Grey
“LT4” replaced with “Z06”

Right:
Blue Tropic (matches Wave Metallic/Riverside Blue)
“Supercharged” replaced with “Camaro ZL1”

Please note that custom lids like these don’t happen overnight as we have to order your color, coat it, and then set up the engraving so please be patient. It’s worth it!

We're happy to announce that the Atlas 2.0 firmware is finally ready for full release! This is overdue but... better later than never, right?

"But we just want boost control!"

Good thing that's the core of what this is! Along with a few other goodies that you can read about in the release, Titan's Grip is now fully supported for both LT4 and 2650 applications meaning yes... you can now purchase it. The retail price for Titan's Grip is $600 which includes everything you need. You WILL need to pin the Atlas connector itself. If you have ever pinned an ECM (installing the Atlas should ring a bell), you can install the Titan's Grip just fine. We're working on more detailed instructions, so early adopters will likely have questions which we are here for.

Head on over to the Tech Blog to read about the update, download it, and enjoy the latest and great!

This may not look like much… but we continue to develop things for our customer base. What’s this, you ask? This is overboost protection built into the factory E92.

You have three cal parameters: boost limit (in absolute pressure), accumulated threshold, and decay.

We use accumulated overboost because this allows it to react faster when you’re farther over target. If you’re really high for a short time or sort of high for a long time, it’ll trigger. Think… area under the curve. When you’re fluttering around the limit, the decay value pulls from the accumulator any time you’re under that boost limit. When the safety triggers, fuel is completely disabled (the Atlas instantly follows suit) until manifold pressure drops below ambient plus 10kPa.

We also built in a fuel pressure safety. You have a nine cell calibratable table of rpm vs pressure along with a hysteresis rpm. The first cell’s rpm value is the rpm above which the safety is active. You have two choices to use: gauge pressure or delta pressure (better for those with a 1:1 regulator). If pressure trips the safety, fuel is disabled until engine speed falls down below the hysteresis set point. It is hard coded to not let you use settings that put your re-enable rpm lower than 300rpm above the factory anti stall limit.

We have some other fun things that we will release all at once along with a huge Atlas update once we slug through all operating systems. We have a full neural network delete for the E90/E99 crowd featuring five regular old lookup tables at five different definable cam indexes, and it blends between as needed.

While we were at it… we built our own neural network trainer too. 😁 This one is a little different… you simply feed it your log, and it only trains wherever you have data. No need to extrapolate or fabricate data where you aren’t operating. Bonus… it can upscale you to 20 neurons.

All of this will be available at no cost for anyone running an Atlas, both new and old customers. So… what features do you want out of the stock ECU?

The Atlas Port Fuel Controller seamlessly supplements direct injection with port-injected fuel in real time using factory ECU data.

Somebody asked, so we made it! This billet pair allows you to install a GM inline pressure sensor directly into your fuel lines. Each port is an 8 ORB, and we have an optional 3’ extension harness available for the sensor itself. If your aftermarket fuel system deletes the OEM lines, but you need to keep your sensor (*cough cough* Atlas), this is for you!

Job Type: Full-Time

About DSX Tuning

DSX Tuning is an automotive solutions provider and industry leader in late-model GM performance. Located in St. Louis (Affton), Missouri, we operate out of an 11,000 sq. ft. facility where we design, engineer, test, manufacture, and distribute performance products worldwide.

Position Overview

We are hiring an experienced Senior CNC Programmer / Lead Machinist with advanced 3-axis and 5-axis Mastercam experience. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for owning the programming process from CAD model to production-ready part.

This is not an entry-level or operator-only position. Candidates must have demonstrated experience independently developing multi-axis toolpaths, proving out programs, and optimizing production processes in a professional manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize 3-axis and 5-axis CNC programs using Mastercam
• Create complete machining strategies including tooling selection, speeds and feeds, and workholding approach
• Verify, simulate, and post programs while maintaining accuracy and refining for efficiency
• Operate and oversee Haas CNC equipment (VF5SS and UMC750SS)
• Supervise and direct one assistant machinist
• Maintain organized programming standards and tooling libraries

Required Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Mastercam (3-axis and 5-axis required) and Mastercam for SolidWorks
• Simultaneous 5-axis machining
• Working knowledge of SolidWorks for model prep and minor edits
• Minimum 5+ years of CNC programming experience in a production environment
• Proven experience programming and machining 6061 aluminum
• Experience holding tight tolerances and maintaining visually appealing surface finishes

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Haas controls
• Experience with Haas VF5SS and UMC750SS
• Proficiency in NX CAD/CAM
• Automotive or performance manufacturing background

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a self-sufficient CNC professional who takes ownership of their work, understands production efficiency, and can lead by example on the shop floor. The right candidate will think in terms of process control, repeatability, and scalability — not just code generation.

Compensation

$90,000+ annually, depending on experience and technical capability. Company-matched 401(k) and paid employee health insurance are also included.
