• Automotive or performance manufacturing background
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a self-sufficient CNC professional who takes ownership of their work, understands production efficiency, and can lead by example on the shop floor. The right candidate will think in terms of process control, repeatability, and scalability — not just code generation.
Compensation
$90,000+ annually, depending on experience and technical capability. Company-matched 401(k) and paid employee health insurance are also included.
