What where they thinking????

Pulled this damper rod out of a set if KYBs and for the only reason I can think of is somehow they messed up the beginning threads on it.
So what did they do, instead of replacing the rod they ground down the end of the rod, then to top things off the cut the jamb nut so they could get enough threads to screw on the rebound adjuster.

I know I've been getting a lot complaining about not being able to access the KYB compression adjusters.
Well after searching for a long time I've found the fix!!
I can install these blade adjuster k***s and they work!

They only come in Black and Red.

First, I just got the email that SKF fork seals are having a price increase of $5.00 per set of one seal and one wiper.
So you know where this is going, the cost of the fork service is going up by $10.00.

This price increase for me will take effect mid-November or until my current stock is depleted and I have to restock.

I haven't seen anything on bushings or oil yet but be prepared because it's coming.

Nothing on shock parts yet.

Springs have also increased by $5.00 per set of fork springs and $5.00 per shock spring.

Next, I'll be out of the shop Nov 9th through the 15th.
Right now I'm close to booked till I leave but I do have a couple spots left but I'm sure those will be filled by Monday or Tuesday.
