This customer brought her truck to us after a dealer had installed some new struts because she was experiencing a loud squeak while driving. After they sprayed the struts with WD40 and that not fixing it they told her she needed to take it somewhere else because they couldn’t find the source of the noise. We found the noise and got it fixed the same day! Another happy customer back on the road! This gentlemen was quoted over $1000 dollars to fix his truck by two different shops! We had it running smooth and driving down the road in a couple hours and saved him over $700 in unnecessary repairs! We are needing some service work this coming week. I go off book time for each repair and charge an 80 dollar shop rate. Some jobs are a fixed rated such as brakes/oil changes and such.
