Sweet technology!

AT&T customers that are trying to call any Cox Business lines will not be able to get through until Cox and AT&T fix a fiberoptic line that has been damaged. The lines have been down all week and upon trying to resolve the issue earlier this week were told our modem was the problem and to reset it."

This is a fluid pump from a Ford F350 transmission. The pump rotor broke causing all gears to be inoperative. Unfortunately when transmissions break like this, it almost always calls for a complete overhaul or a replacement unit. This time the customer decided to repair it for a total cost of about $2,100.00 out the door.
