Race Summaries – Wenatchee Valley Super

July 10th & 11th
Standing room only crowds greeted the WMRA for their two-day Jimmy Screeton Memorial at the Wenatchee Valley Super Oval.
Ricky Worley continued to impress everyone as he picked up both main events in spectacular fashion.
Friday night saw the 35-lap affair slowed just one time and featured four different leaders before Worley took command. Rob Lindsey, who started 6th was hammering on the rear bumper of the leader at the checkered.
On Saturday, Worley took the lead early in the green to checkered affair, but was chased to the stripe by Tony Seidelman. Seidelman who was forced to start shotgun on the field after missing qualifying.
Josh Westerfield had a great weekend with his first podium finish, a 3rd on Friday and a solid 5th on Saturday!
Tricky Rickey Worley, making just his 7th midget start recorded his 6th podium finish (2 wins) and became the new points leader by just two markers over Tony Seidelman.
Kiel Vaillant earned his third and fourth straight Regional wins and
collected a $500 bonus from the Chaz Groat Foundation/R & R Motorsports.
