September 11th. We remember.

There's not much to say that hasn't already been said better by people who were there, who lost someone, or who ran toward what everyone else was running from.

So today we just want to say this:

We are grateful for the people who showed up that day and every day since. The first responders. The military. The everyday people who held doors open, gave blood, drove strangers home, and refused to let fear be the last word.

Twenty-five years later, we haven't forgotten.

To everyone who served, everyone who lost, and everyone who kept showing up anyway — thank you.

We see you. We honor you. We will not forget.

🔧 What your car tells us about you before you say a word.

The person who gets every oil change on time: Has a filing system. Probably also flosses. We are in awe.

The person who comes in 6,000 miles late: Living freely. No regrets. Still gets it done eventually. We respect it.

The person with 14 air fresheners: Something happened in this car. We don't ask. We just work.

The person who says "it just started doing this" about something that's clearly been going on for months: We know. It's okay. You're here now.

The person who Googled the repair price before coming in: We see you. The answer is yes, we've seen the same number. No, that's not always what it costs. Yes, we'll explain why.

The person who brings us coffee and asks how our day is going: You are our favorite kind of customer, and we will take very good care of your car.

What kind of customer are you? Be honest. 👇

🧔 We have no idea what's happening here. But we respect the commitment.

This man woke up, looked in the mirror, and said: more.

That's the energy we bring to every car that comes through our shop.

Could we do less? Sure. Could we skip the inspection and just change the oil? Absolutely. Could this guy have stopped at a normal beard? Obviously.

But that's not how we operate.

We check everything. We tell you what we find. We do it right.

Your car deserves the same dedication this man gives to his facial hair.

Happy World Beard Day from Chaplin Auto Repair. 🧔🏆

🔧 Happy Labor Day from the shop that's actually taking the day off.

We'll be honest — it feels a little weird to close. We're the kind of people who check tire pressure at barbecues and notice your neighbor's brake dust situation from across the street.

But today we're putting down the wrenches, stepping away from the lift, and doing what everyone else is doing.

Eating too much. Enjoying the last real weekend of summer. Pretending fall isn't two weeks away.

To everyone who trusts us with their cars, their commutes, and the occasional 2AM breakdown text — thank you. This day exists because of the kind of work we love doing, and we don't take that lightly.

We'll see you Tuesday. Bring coffee. ☕

Your car came with a book.

It's called the owner's manual. It tells you exactly when to change your oil, rotate your tires, replace your filters, and check your fluids. It is one of the most useful documents you own.

It's in your glove box.

Under the napkins.

Behind the expired insurance card from 2019.

Next to the ketchup packet.

Somewhere near the first aid kit.

We get it. We're not here to judge the glove box. We're here to handle everything that book was trying to tell you about.

Call or visit us online today to schedule your vehicles maintenance!
