Rust Prevention & Repair Technician (Part-Time )
Location: Slippery Rock, PA (Shop located just outside of Slippery Rock)
Join Our Team!
Cox Rust Prevention Center is looking for a motivated, dependable Rust Prevention & Repair Technician to join our growing team. This position offers the opportunity to grow into a long term career for the right individual.
Job Duties
Rust removal and surface preparation on vehicles
Rust prevention treatment applications

Minor Welding and light fabrication to frames
Vehicle assembly and disassembly
Cleaning and preparing vehicles for service
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
This is a hands-on position that involves getting wet, dirty, and working in a fast-paced shop environment.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Shows exceptional attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship
Is punctual, dependable, and respectful
Can work independently with self-motivation
Has a willingness to learn and grow with the company
Has reliable transportation
Can meet or exceed production timelines while maintaining quality
Has experience with , undercoating ,welding, body work, fabrication, or similar automotive experience (preferred but not required for the right candidate)
Requirements
Clean criminal record with no history of theft
Drug-free workplace
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, standing, bending, and working in various weather conditions
Pay & Schedule
Part-time to full-time opportunity
Competitive pay based on experience, performance, attendance, attitude, quality of work, and overall contribution
Typical shop hours vary between 7:00 AM–4:00 PM and 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, depending on workload and season
