sending the Storm 300 over the infamous Powerline park creek jump @ rd6 of Awrcs.

Machine performed really well in the rough conditions. Tore a couple minor things up from flipping the machine and it landing on him during lap 3 at the creek jump. Finished 5th in A class and I believe 8th overall in Youth still. We'll get her fixed up and back ready to go for rd7.

FYI Location change

📣 ANNOUNCEMENT 📣

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to race in Wintersville Ohio next weekend. We are sharing this news in almost real time to give everyone as much notice as possible.

Thankfully we do not need to cancel and we are able to pivot to Homestead! Rest assured that the track will be ready. Several weeks ago, we reclaimed the track and we will be there throughout this week making additional adjustments. We also have several unused trails saved from Round 1 that we will be incorporating.

We know this isn’t the news anyone wanted and we are sorry for the disappointment. We are committed to providing a great race for you at our Homestead track next weekend!

The KAYO USA Storm 300 got a face lift. Huge thank you to Instigator Design Co for developing a template for it and getting us a kit quickly. Fit and finish is great. We said we wanted the design to match a 450 we have and they knocked it out. Totally transformed the look of the machine. Go check out their page and consider them for your next graphic set.

Also want to thank Tom ATV Four Play,LLC and Ryan BNR Motorsports. After a shock we had was damaged during shipment. Tom came through huge in getting us a loaner up to BNR, just incase the one I was having expedited from Kayo didnt show up on time or got lost in transit. Then Ryan got it setup for us in a short time frame so we can make the race this weekend. I absolutely hate being the guy asking others to rush stuff as I dont like being put in that position myself. But they both came through big time and we very much appreciate it.

Kind of a long semi irrelevant post for the most part but definitely has an effect on shaping A-R's future. As someone who is very data driven. I usually look at our category sales each month. Helps me see what is making us money, what is costing us money etc. We are on track for another record year 5 years in a row. Its no surprise our TRX90 Platform is absolutely killing it, We've built a pretty solid program Im super proud of and we have more coming 💪

Next would be the Raptor 125/250 Program. In all honesty. I've kind of slacked off on these. We have had some decent success in these areas. We have a competitive 125 package that can absolutely go out there and win, but I absolutely hate the 125's, (Easy to work on but at the end of the day they are turds as i tell every customer up front when building one.). I like the 250's. We have a solid, reliable setup. My gripe with these are that they havent been produced in 13 yrs and the OEM is pricing us out of the parts. They keep going up, less people will buy, gives the oem an excuse to discontinue. Chassi's are worn and junk, a rear brake caliper alone is now up to 400 bucks.

This brings us to the Storm 300.
Now from a sales stand point, its at the bottom. No surprise. We just started on them. R&D takes time. No real data on this yet. But Im extremely confident your going to see a surge in these. It might take a year or two but thats OK. We are committed to developing and carrying parts for this machine.

As far as 450's, This is a small market for us. We happily do them. I like working on them and building those motors, As far as R&D for the next best thing. We won't invest in that.There is enough quality parts out there from other company's that from a cost standpoint makes no sense for us to compete in development wise.

Then we have our general service/non racing local customers. They are a large part of our business as well. These jobs are essential for quick turn around cash flow. We will however be restricting how old of a machine we will take in moving forward. Sorry your 1992 bayou 250 isnt gonna make the cut.

This data effects our future and where we believe we need to focus. So theres likely to be some changes for the 26 offseason into the 2027 season as to what machines we will support on the racing side. Existing customers of these machines will still be supported of course until they move on from those machines.

There is also a high likely hood we wont be doing any full Chassis builds in the off season for 2026/2027 (if we do any it will likely only be trx90 related) This meaning complete teardowns. We will still do suspension swap, setups etc. But the fact is the full teardowns are very time consuming and usually a money loser for us, Our engine side of things has us completely slammed with no signs of letting up and feel thats where we need to focus.

Sponsorships will be changing for the 2027 season as well. We left this area alone for 2026. Its tough for me to get time to comment on everyone's post. But i appreciate the ones who take the time to recongnize the business's that support them. Not just us but any company. The landscape of this has changed so much over the years and not in a good way. Everyone will be required to reapply for 2027 support.

We recognize our strengths and our weaknesses. I'm committed to giving you my best effort. We arent going anywhere. Just want to say thank you for the Incredible support ya'll give us.

For Trx90 customers only, that are running our engines or engine parts we sell. We're wanting some data from you please! If you could PM this page with the following info.This data/feedback helps us improve our products and where potential issues we may need to address are. We are always striving to put out the best packages and while failures do happen, we dont just write it off as thats racing. We always want to improve.

Engine CC - example 97cc, 114cc, 124cc, 128cc
Cylinder head- stock, racehead, or v2
Cast or forged piston (Forged applicable to only 114 and higher)
Modified cylinder head? if it wasn't done by us we dont need the details on it as we aren't interested in what someone else may have done to it. can just say ported or not.
Carb setup-only if its one we sold you.
Fuel you use
Oil cooler equipped- with or without fan
Dual A arm chassis setup or single a arm
Oil brand/weight and change frequency. usual color of oil when drained?
Approx Hrs on piston/cylinder
