Now Hiring: Commercial Trucking Compliance & Title Specialist
Country Roads Tag & Title is seeking a motivated, organized, and dependable individual to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone with experience in commercial trucking registrations, FMCSA compliance, and federal and state transportation requirements.

Primary Responsibilities
- Process USDOT Number applications.
- Complete MC (Motor Carrier) Authority applications.
- File BOC-3 Process Agent filings.
- Process Unified Carrier Registration (UCR).
- Complete MCS-150 Biennial Updates.
- Prepare and file IRS Form 2290 (Heavy Highway Vehicle Use Tax).
- Process IFTA license applications, quarterly reports, renewals, and multi-state fuel tax reporting.
- Assist with IRP (Apportioned Registration) applications and renewals (if applicable).
- Assist customers with FMCSA Portal registration and account management.
- Help recover FMCSA PINs and passwords.
- Provide guidance with FMCSA Clearinghouse registration.
- Assist new motor carriers with compliance requirements and New Entrant Safety Audit preparation.
- Process state fuel permits and temporary trip permits when needed.
- Help customers maintain active operating authority and remain compliant with federal and state regulations.
- Track filing deadlines and notify customers of upcoming renewals and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer records and detailed documentation.
- Review all applications thoroughly for accuracy before submission.
- Communicate professionally with customers and federal and state agencies.
- Stay current on FMCSA regulations and trucking compliance changes.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Experience with commercial trucking registrations, FMCSA regulations, and trucking compliance is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of DOT numbers, MC authority, UCR, IFTA, MCS-150 updates, Form 2290, and related compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
