Beautiful cars deserve the same level of care under the hood. 🔧🏁

This 1973 Corvette came to Car Aid through a referral from another Corvette owner, and what started with a few concerns turned into a great example of why a thorough inspection matters.

The customer came in with:
• A leaking front brake line
• A power steering fluid leak
• A knocking noise from the front end
• Loose steering that just didn’t feel right

After inspecting and test driving the Corvette, our technician found the source of the front-end noise: a loose tie rod clamp. A small detail that could easily be overlooked, but once tightened properly, the noise was gone and the steering felt right again.

That’s the difference between simply replacing parts and actually diagnosing the vehicle.

The best part? The customer left happy, plans to come back, and is already talking about bringing us more vehicles.

Big or small, if it fits in the shop, we’ll take a look. 🔧🚐

This 2006 P30 Workhorse came up from Florida and stopped in for a full inspection. Andrew went through it and found a few things that needed attention, including a leaking master cylinder, a steering gearbox leak, brake concerns, and a few electrical issues still being diagnosed.

And yes, even on a vehicle like this, we’re still able to track down the parts and put together a plan for the customer.

This Camaro hadn’t run in nearly 10 years.

It was inherited from his grandfather, which made getting it back on the road mean a little more than just fixing an old car. 🏁

The Car Aid team replaced the carburetor with a brand-new Edelbrock, flushed out years-old fuel from the tank and lines, installed new spark plugs, coil, cap and rotor, and finally got it running again.

Now we’re putting some miles on it, cycling fresh fluids through the car and letting everything wake back up after sitting for so long.

Sometimes it’s not just about repairing a vehicle.

It’s about bringing a piece of someone’s family history back to life. ❤️
