The 7.3 Powerstroke owners asked for it, and we are here to deliver! Our stainless steel oil coolers for 1994-2003 powerstrokes are now in stock and ready to ship! We have also added our new "Super" magnetic 7.3 psd oil drain plugs which feature a strong enough neodymium magnet that it can lift your 1 1/4" wrench no problem! If you are a 7.3 powerstroke owner and just hearing about us for the first time, be sure to check out our complete 38 gallon tank kits, and our billet transmission dipsticks! Our new Stainless Steel 6.9/7.3 IDI oil coolers are now in stock and ready to ship! These coolers are fully tig welded and offer better heat transfer than most OEM 6.9/7.3 IDI coolers since these coolers are constructed with 30 fins per inch, which was an upgrade only offered on the factory turbo coolers, where as non turbo coolers are only 24 fins per inch. Thanks for helping us keep the old iron on the road!

We have a new dyno record for mechanically injected IDIs, our sponsored 6.5 IDI race truck up in Colorado, owned by Tyler Loewen with Buckwild Motorsports, reset his previous record with a new number yesterday, 535hp and 913 ft lbs of torque, peaking horsepower close to 4000 rpms, all with just one of our two plunger .310" 130cc ICFC pumps!

Today we are happy to announce some new IDI products from CDD! We have completely new turbine housing castings for the factory turbo & ATS 093 IDI turbo kits, new oem hardware kits for these turbos, as well as new hardware kits for our 6.9/7.3 IDI oil pans. Our new 3 inch bolt on downpipe upgrade is now in stock! With Banks Power permanently discontinuing the old 2.75" downpipe upgrade last July, we set out to design a replacement that not only flows better, but is still a budget friendly option for those IDI owners looking for a modest upgrade from the stock crushed downpipe. This downpipe upgrade is designed to be a drop in upgrade for the factory IDI turbo kits, as well as the ATS 093 turbo kits, as long as a factory turbo style downpipe fl**ge is used in this case. These downpipes are available with a new clamp, and high temp Cerakote in a color of your choice. Thanks for helping us keep the old iron on the road!

After Ford discontinued the Non Turbo and Factory Turbo CDR grommets in June, we immediately began working on designing a replacement option to offer for our customers, and today we are happy to announce that after a community led testing phase, our 3D printed grommets are now live on the website and in stock ready to ship. If you have a leaking CDR grommet and have not been able to find a solution for your 6.9/7.3 IDI, CDD is here to help you keep the old iron on the road!

Today we are proud to announce a new, and long requested product from Classic Diesel Designs, the very first DIY 6.9/7.3 IDI nozzle upgrade ever sold on the market. This nozzle is the exact same nozzle we use in our Stage One+ Premium injector rebuilds, without the expenses associated with rebuilding a full set of injectors.

Today is the day! Our single piece, all stainless, fully TIG welded, bellowed up pipes for the Factory Turbo IDIs are restocked NOW! Bare/non-coated up pipes will be shipping with no lead time, while coated units will see a slightly longer lead time from normal as up pipes used in our turbo kit piping will be taking the priority for coatings. Expect a 1-2 week lead time on coated units while we coat and ship turbo kits in the meantime. Thanks for supporting CDD and helping us keep the old iron on the road!
