Keeping this classic Corvette running cool. 🏁

This 2000 Corvette came into our 43rd Avenue West location with an overheating concern and a coolant leak. Our team diagnosed the cooling system, replaced the thermostat and coolant, and then thoroughly inspected the vehicle to verify proper temperature and coolant levels.

Another vehicle back to running the way it should. 🔧

⭐ TEAM MEMBER TUESDAY: RICH ⭐

Meet Rich, estimator at our sister shop, Elite Motor Works of Lakewood Ranch! Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, Rich has been part of the team for about five years and brings plenty of experience and a genuine passion for cars to the shop.

When he’s not helping customers get their vehicles back on the road, you’ll probably find Rich behind the wheel with some good music playing. His dream car? A 1967 Shelby GT500—a pretty fitting choice for someone who loves to drive! 🏁

Outside of the shop, Rich enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, which is where he says he’d rather be when he’s not talking cars. 😉

❄️ Behind the scenes at Elite Auto & Tire!

This 1998 Mercedes-Benz SL500 came in with an important question: Where did the cold air go? 🥵

Our team tracked the issue down to a faulty blower motor resistor, replaced it, and got the A/C blowing cold again! 🔧❄️

There’s nothing quite like bringing a classic back to its best — especially when that means restoring a little Florida-friendly comfort. 😉🚘

🔧 Behind the Scenes at Elite Auto & Tire – 43rd Ave W 🔧

This sleek black Genesis G80 came into the shop initially for diagnostics after a flashing check engine light and an oil warning on the dash.

After a thorough evaluation, our team discovered a significant oil leak coming from the valve cover gaskets, along with a coolant leak caused by a failed O-ring at the rear of the intake manifold hose connection.

To get this vehicle back in top condition, we replaced all necessary gaskets to properly repair both the oil and coolant leaks. During our performance evaluation, we also identified several overdue maintenance items, which we completed while the vehicle was in service to ensure long-term reliability and performance.

Our goal is always to go beyond the initial concern—making sure every vehicle leaves safer, stronger, and fully serviced.
