Last Thursday, we were proud to celebrate what matters most—our people. The Niello Longevity Celebration recognized one team member from Niello Collision Center for reaching a 5-year milestone. We’re grateful for their dedication and the commitment they bring to our team every day. Celebrating our people will always be one of our favorite traditions.

Tomorrow, we bid a fond farewell to Mike Cook, who is retiring after an incredible 40 years here with The Niello Company. His career has been one of expertise, friendship and countless contributions that have made a lasting impact on our team.

To celebrate, we made sure he’s ready for plenty of well-deserved relaxation with this legendary recliner—perfect for all the naps he’s earned.

Join us in wishing Mike a happy retirement filled with joy, adventure, and lots of comfy moments. Cheers to you, Mike. We're going to miss you.
