Dear Manatee Residents,

This is my last memo to you, and I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your calls, texts, flowers, gifts, and the beautiful Appreciation Dinner have meant more to me than I can say. I am blessed beyond measure!

Please join me in welcoming David, Manatee’s new General Manager. I wish each of you much happiness, and I pray for God’s blessings over you all.

Before I go, I want to share two reminders:

New after-hours phone number: (813) 535-2870. Please call this number for emergencies or after-hours check-ins.

Monthly payments: All payments are due by the 5th of each month to avoid a late charge. Late charges will be strictly enforced moving forward.

Thank you for being part of my life and making my years at Manatee so special. I will miss you all!

With love and gratitude,
Kellie

IMPORTANT CONSTRUCTION SAFETY NOTICE

Dear Residents,

For your safety, please do not enter or drive through any active construction areas. This includes the front lots, the entrance of the park, and the construction area at the back of the park.

Due to recent rain, water is standing in several areas. Driving through these sites damages the contractors’ completed work and delays the asphalt installation.

Please stay out of all construction areas until the work has been completed and the areas have officially reopened.

We appreciate your patience, understanding, and cooperation as we work to complete these improvements as quickly and safely as possible.

Respectfully,

The Contractor
