There are moments that remind you just how special a community can be.

Today is one of those moments.

When we started this backpack drive, we hoped people would care. What we didn’t expect was to watch our community rally together with such incredible generosity. ❤️

Every donation tells a story.

A story of someone who believes no child should start the school year feeling left behind.

A story of neighbors helping neighbors.

A story of a community choosing kindness.

We want to recognize a few businesses that have already stepped up in a huge way:

And Tolpa's Auto Parts has donated 1,000 water bottles!

Your generosity is already changing lives, and we are so grateful.

But this isn’t just about these businesses.

One day these kids won’t remember who packed their backpack…

Community is what makes our area special.

We are incredibly grateful to the Lake Delta Kiwanis for their generous $1,000 donation toward our community backpack giveaway!

But their support doesn’t stop with a check. Members of the Lake Delta Kiwanis have also committed to helping us load, organize, and distribute the backpacks, ensuring they get into the hands of local students who need them most.

This is what happens when local businesses, service organizations, and volunteers come together for a common purpose. It’s about more than backpacks—it’s about investing in our kids and strengthening our community.

This Memorial Day, all of us at Rome Collision pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country and our freedom.

Today is more than a long weekend — it’s a time to reflect with gratitude on the courage, service, and selflessness of those who gave everything for others.

To the families carrying the weight of that sacrifice every day, we thank you.
