This month we’re celebrating the incredible women who help keep Auto-Wares running strong!
Today we’re recognizing Jami, Store Manager of Auto Value Rogers City #345. Jami began her journey with Auto-Wares as a driver and worked her way up to leading the store, stepping into the manager role a couple of years ago.
She takes great pride in maintaining a clean, organized store and creating an environment where both customers and team members feel comfortable and supported. Jami is focused on growing the business while building strong, lasting relationships with both her customers and her team. Her leadership and attention to detail help set the tone for the store each day, contributing to a positive experience for everyone who walks through the door.
Outside of work, Jami enjoys spending time at home with her dogs and making memories with her fiancé—bringing the same sense of care and connection into both her personal life and her role at the store.
Her commitment to her team, her customers, and creating a welcoming environment is what continues to make a difference every day.
