We never thought we would have to post something like this but it’s gotten out of hand with the most sincere amount of love and respect towards our customers please respect that work is a job and we have business hours and a business phone line. We too need to have our down time away from car repairs. We need to be able to enjoy our family. Please do not show up to our home or call our personal phones with car questions. If you have an emergency outside of business hours leave a message or have it towed to the shop we will return the call as soon as we are back to the office. We know car break downs are inconvenient and we will try to accommodate the best we can during normal business hours but we truly can’t take on repairs 24/7. Thank you for your understanding we truly love all of you and appreciate your business.

First Class Auto Repair has power!! Our phone and internet are down still. However, we are planning on being back in the office on Monday at 7:00 am our text line is also down. Just received and update and it looks like the power won’t be restored until tomorrow evening. We will remain closed until power is restored. We pray the linemen are safe, able to find fuel and food as they try to restore power. Thank you to all the first responders as well as they try to work through this difficult time.
