RU Due? Your suspension is a crucial part to keeping your wheels planted to the terrain you are riding and making your ride plush and comfortable. The fluids break down just like your engine oil. Suspension should be serviced at least every 30 hours to help maintain optimum performance and not risk excessive internal wear on expensive components. Brought this 05 YZ250F shock back to life. Rebuilt seal head, new piston band and orings, new shock bumper, new bladder along with fresh fluids and a good cleaning 🧼

There is a “science” behind the amount of preload you put on a shock spring. Yes it is a “tuning” tool BUT you have to operate within a specific range and if you don’t have the correct spring rate often you will be outside that range. Safe to say this shock had WAY too much preload on the spring.
