At Severson Auto Service, we always do our best to get your vehicle diagnosed, repaired, and back on the road as quickly as possible.
With the extreme heat and poor air quality we've been experiencing, the health and safety of our technicians comes first. While our team is working hard to keep your ride moving, we also encourage them to take the time they need to cool down, stay hydrated, and take breaks when necessary.
Working around hot engines, shop equipment, and vehicles in these conditions can be demanding, and we'd much rather have our technicians working safely than risking their health.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding if your repair takes a little longer than usual. Your support allows us to take care of both our customers and the incredible team that takes care of your vehicles every day.
