Sometimes a small concern can uncover a much bigger problem 🔧

Today’s visit started with an oil change and inspection on this Acura TL. The customer wanted me to give the vehicle a once-over while I was there, just to see if anything needed attention.

That inspection uncovered several steering, suspension, and maintenance concerns that could now be addressed before they became even bigger problems. I documented everything I found and put together a complete repair estimate so the customer can decide how they’d like to move forward.

While I was there, he also asked if I could take a look at his Ford Fusion that had been involved in an accident. I inspected the Ford at no additional charge and put together a separate repair estimate for that vehicle as well.

Sometimes it pays to have something checked out, even when you’re not sure there’s anything wrong.

Think a mobile mechanic only does small repairs? This Volvo needed FOUR wheel bearings. 🔧

This 2008 Volvo XC90 came to me for all four wheel bearings, and it definitely put me to work.

Four old hubs out, four new ones in, and back on the road. While I was in there, I also found a missing strut nut and took care of that at no additional charge.

Jobs like this are exactly why I started CO Mobile Mechanics. You don’t always need to drop your vehicle off at a shop and figure out rides for the day — sometimes the shop can come to you.

A little different perspective on this one 👀🔧

One of my customers documented the process while I replaced all four wheel hub assemblies on his V8 Volvo XC90 and put together this awesome reel!

Small noise, BIG repair! 🔧

This 2012 Chevy Tahoe originally came to us for a diagnostic after the customer noticed a slight rubbing/grinding noise.

We tracked it down to excessive play in the rear axle bearings, along with a leaking axle seal. Once approved, we got right to work!

✅ Both rear axle bearings replaced
✅ Both rear axle seals replaced
✅ Rear differential serviced with fresh fluid
✅ Rear brake pads replaced
✅ Driver rear brake caliper replaced after finding a damaged piston

All of it completed right in the customer’s driveway.

Forgot to get a photo of it leaving, but the most important part — it left without making a sound! 🔧

Got a clunk, knock, or noise coming from the front end? 🔧

This Hyundai Sonata came in with a clunk from the front suspension. After checking it over, I found play in the driver-side lower control arm/ball joint.

Replaced the lower control arm along with both front sway bar links, then got it back together and ready for the road.

Hey everyone — quick update on what I’m currently offering.

I’m focusing on diagnostics, repair work, body work, and detailing. I’m no longer taking on routine maintenance like oil changes, brakes, or suspension work. This lets me give each job the time and attention it deserves.

I may not be the cheapest option, but I take pride in quality work, honesty, and clear communication.

I also offer vinyl wrap projects at a lower cost while I continue building experience in that area, with expectations discussed up front.

If you’re unsure whether a job is a good fit, feel free to message me and ask — I’m always happy to talk it through.
