If a move is still on your list, there is still time to start planning. Depending on the home and project, the timeline may be quicker than you think!

🛠️ Manufactured homes are typically move-in ready about 30–60 days after delivery
🏗️ Modular homes, especially with garages, porches, and other additions, can take about 60–90 days after delivery to complete
