mpressive number of long-standing customers who rely on us to maintain their vehicles. A family-type atmosphere is what you'll find here, not only with our customers, but among our employees as well. Our policy is to estimate-and-authorize first:
what this means is we diagnose the repairs needed and contact the customer with an estimate before the repair work is done. This way, our customers know what to expect to pay before they pick up their vehicle, and there are no surprises. We keep our customers well-informed throughout the repair process, and we feel that we owe a large part of our success for all these years to this policy.
