Now Hiring – Front Office / Customer Service Team Member

Rossi Collision Center is looking for a friendly, dependable person to join our team. This role will primarily focus on answering phones, assisting customers, and scheduling appointments. We’re looking for someone with great people skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

As you grow in the position, we will provide training to help with reconciling and closing insurance files. Previous experience is not required.

What We Offer:
• Starting pay: $20–$25/hour based on experience
• Partial health coverage contribution
• 401(k)
• Paid vacation time

Schedule:
Flexible hours available, but must be able to work until 5:30 PM Monday–Thursday and 5:00 PM on Fridays. Closed weekends.
