The Job:

Diagnose and perform repairs, such as brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, fuel ignition, electrical, suspension, alignment, air conditioning, computer systems etc. on various vehicle makes (no complicated jobs like engine overhauls or major transmission work)
Coordinate parts ordering with the Service Manager enabling you to be efficient as possible
Become more than 100% efficient on a daily basis on basic repair and maintenance work with our high car count, no dealership-type warranty work and general service work (oil changes, tire rotations, tire repairs, etc.) performed by dedicated tire & l**e techs
Road test vehicles to ensure repairs are complete
Experience a modern automotive shop filled with the latest tools and technologies, giving you the opportunity to grow
Looking for from you:

Entry level to experienced automotive technician positions available; however experience is desired and will be compensated for accordingly
ASE automotive mechanic certification(s) preferred
Broad market experience in all areas of automotive service & repair
Have and maintain a valid driver's license

As a State Inspector with Elliott Auto, you can expect to turn above average hours while earning top flat rate pay and great benefits.

The Job:

Perform Virginia State Safety Inspections in accordance with required official inspection procedures.
Diagnose and perform repairs, such as brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, fuel ignition, electrical, suspension, alignment, air conditioning, computer systems etc. on various vehicle makes
Coordinate parts ordering with the Service Manager enabling you to be efficient as possible
Road test vehicles to ensure repairs are complete
Looking for from you:

Valid License to Perform Virginia State Safety Inspections
Broad market experience in all areas of automotive service & repair
Have and maintain a valid driver's license

Elliott Automotive is looking for an attentive and reliable car detailer to thoroughly clean vehicles after they have been serviced.

This can include but is not limited to: thoroughly washing, buffing, and waxing exteriors, vacuuming, steaming, and deodorizing interiors, and keeping records related to gas levels and the condition of the vehicle.

Responsibilities:

Cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards and client requests.
Operating buffers, steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment to meet service expectations.
Using cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of vehicles.
Performing inspections and keeping complete, accurate records of the vehicle’s condition.
Moving and parking vehicles, delivering vehicles to correct locations or picking owners or drivers up if needed.
Tracking inventory.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Current driver’s license with good driving record.
Able to meet physical requirements of job including but not limited to: walking, standing, crouching and bending for extended periods of time.
Capable of lifting, carrying, and moving up to 50 pounds.
Ability to drive manual transmission proficiently
Availability to work weekends and holidays.
Excellent communication skills
